Since not all restaurants may offer delivery, we have included a list of third-party delivery services that work with most local restaurants.

Governor Newsom Deploys California National Guard to Help Distribute Food at Food Banks and Protect California’s Most Vulnerable

Multiple local businesses and organizations are offering temporary* meals and special shopping hours for our seniors and general public. *Some of these services are ongoing. This page will be continually updated as more information is received. Check back often.

Costco Wholesale: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 8-9 a.m. (members over the age of 60 and those with physical disabilities)

Target Stores: Wednesdays, 8 a.m. (seniors and those with underlying health concerns)

Stater Brothers: Daily, 7:30-8 a.m. (seniors)

30th West & Avenue L, 20th East & Avenue J.

The Whole Wheatery: Daily, 8-9 a.m. (seniors and vulnerable parties, i.e. immunocompromised)

Vallarta Supermarkets: Daily, 7- 8 a.m. (65+ years old, pregnant women, and those with disabilities)

Antelope Valley Partners for Health will have boxed lunches available on the following dates: 4/20, 5/18 and 6/15 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. First come, first served. They will also be hosting a food pantry on 4/10, also first come, first served.

The Lancaster Senior Center‘s meal service from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday-Friday has been temporarily suspended but will have drive-thru options available for persons already registered. Please reach out to them with questions.

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank offers meals regularly at the following locations:

The Salvation Army Antelope Valley Corps – Wednesdays from 12:30-2:30 p.m. for any age and on the first Monday of every month from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. for seniors only

Grace Resources – Residents need to arrive to the Resource Center by 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and by 10 a.m. on Wednesday (Spanish speaking residents)
